BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus TBI Society (TBIS), launched in 2012, has been a launchpad for technology-driven innovation and entrepreneurship. TBIS accelerates bold ideas into impactful ventures, translating cutting-edge knowledge into real-world success. Initially supported by NSTEDB, DST, Government of India, it now thrives with BITS Pilani’s funding, empowering startups to scale new heights. With state-of-the-art infrastructure, mentorship, and strategic partnerships, TBIS nurtures disruptive solutions. Its dynamic ecosystem fosters collaboration, helping founders navigate the journey from ideation to market leadership.

TBI has supported more than 70 startups and 30+ student pre-startups since its inception. Currently, TBI houses 21 startups along with 12 student innovation ideas.



Mentors

TBIS offers mentorship from ideation to commercialization providing assistance in fund-raising from crafting pitch-decks to facilitating connections with venture capitalists.



Government

TBIS was initially established in the year 2012 with the support of National Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board (NSTEDB), DST, Govt. of India.
